Aubrey Galyon is a young writer who has always believed in the power of words and speech. She loves to read her poetry to family and friends. They hope to someday reach a wider audience with their poetry and inspire other young writers.

Aubrey hopes to go to college to become a nurse, and help take care of people. She lives a happy life with her mom, step dad, and two sisters. She also enjoys doing aerial in her free time.

Aubrey has received an Honorable Mention and a Silver Key from the Scholastic Arts and Writing program, and plans to continue her practice in youth writing competitions.
